Part-Time Relief Staff - Champa House
Part-time, non-exempt position responsible for overseeing facility and maintaining house rules of low-income family facility; help maintain safe and therapeutic environment; oversee preparation of house meals; managing conflicts; transporting residents/children to events and appointments; and assisting with childcare as needed. Work approximately 60-80 hours per month including some overnights, weekends and holidays (sleeping accommodations are provided). Requires attending staff meetings 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Part-Time Case Facilitator- Family Rescue Ministry (FRM)
Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Case Facilitator to work with the Family Rescue Ministry. Qualified candidates must be willing to hold to the Christian doctrine of the Denver Rescue Mission.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Screening clients and assessing their needs
- Evaluating diverse client needs and resource as appropriate
- Addressing spiritual and emotional needs
- Assisting with delegation and building partnerships with the community
- Administrative responsibilities including database updates, accurate case load documentation, monthly reports, and organized filing system
- Maintaining network of referral sources
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prefer prior experience in Christian ministry with focus on prayer and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ
- High school diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent level of experience in case management
- Strong Christian ethic with a desire to serve the needy in a diverse environment
- Ability to maintain composure and respect the people we serve
- Good organizational skills with ability to keep work station clean
- Effective time management skills with ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks

Facility Assistant – Fort Collins Rescue Mission
The Facility Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Fort Collins Rescue Mission and the people and activities that take place therein while on duty. The Facility Assistant reports directly to the Assistant Director.
Responsibilities include: the security and safety of the facility and residents; enforcing program rules and assistance with disciplinary actions as required; conducting scheduled and random UA/BA on Program Candidates (PC); managing and assisting with training of PCs in their assigned job duties; ensuring that all services (e.g. wake-up, meals, exiting facility, etc.) are begun and ended according to schedule; maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the dorms and surrounding exterior areas; securing and processing all donations; appropriately handling situations that jeopardize the safety of the facility and its occupants.
Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent (GED) and at least one year of relevant experience; strong communication skills, both written and orally; basic knowledge of Windows software applications; ability to resolve conflict professionally and respectfully while maintaining composure under pressure; strong Christian ethic and ability to work with people of diverse cultural, educational and religious backgrounds; willingness to work the scheduled Wednesday through Sunday overnight shifts.
